I've adopted two dogs from Save-A-Life. The first was a black Shih Tzu. Little Miss was the sweetest dog in the world. The agency paid for her bladder stone removal surgery before she was put up for adoption. I had her six years before she died of old age. The second is a Japanese Chin, who I named Obi-Wan Kenobi. He is as sweet as Little Miss and so smart I m thinking of enrolling him in the local college (grin). Save-A-Life took care of his heart worm treatment, and saved his life.I have great respect for the agency and its volunteers. If I ever get another dog, it will be from Save-A-Life.
