Awesome customer service, purchased my first vehicle from Unique Auto Group. Will definitely recommend
When the hotel says "we're going thru a little construction", that's a HUGE under statement. I'll skip thru all the chipped paint. I thought it would be great to have a balcony, until the door nearly took my finger off. As you come in the room the very first thing you notice is the stale smell of mold from the swamp cooler used to somewhat cool the room. It was nice that my room was right next to the ice machine but they didn't tell me it was broke and I would have to go to the 5th floor just to get ice (nice). Parking is 21 dollars a night to park in a 3/4 parking spot (very tight) so unless you're ok with multiple door dents I would suggest parking on the upper level or just take two spots which really equates to one. Internet is $12 a night but if you're an elite member you get the free. I chose this hotel because just last week I stayed at the Marriott in Detroit and it was GREAT. The bar was set high but Savannah Marriott clearly they missed the boat. Oh did I mention my beautiful connex and trash dumpster view? Savannah Marriott, TRULY an unforgettable experience in the very worst way possible! Don't say I didn't warn you
I went there to go to an event that Than Merrill was having. Upon arriving I saw that the parking garage said valet parking only. I called them to find out if a valet attendant would come out to me. The receptionist said I could find a spot on the street to park because the people going to the event were not suppose to park in the parking garage. When telling her that the street had no parking left, she said I could go down the street to use another parking garage. My advice, just don't book any events with them. They will not treat your guests right.
Great renovations and wonderful new manager, Mr Dylan Henry. Thanks for all your help and professionalism, it is appreciated.T Sharp
DeWarren Foster has always treated our family with a fair, friendly professionalism that cannot be surpassed. Over the past 10+ years we have purchased more than 8 cars from him. He goes out of his way to ensure that whether we are in for standard maintenance , or something else that he takes a moment to check in on us. We will never buy a car elsewhere.
Had a "luxury" full body massage in their spa; I used all of their products (robes, towel, combs etc.) and sat on their furniture/massage table and about 10 days later had LICE!!!!. When I phoned the manager she said "you are the third person" with this complaint, "now I will have to go to my GM". Needless to say, my children and I all have LICE! It is terribly dreadful! We have struggled terribly, constantly wash/comb out nits, changing sheets daily x 4! I have had to buy many products which are expensive; we all have had hair cuts too. When I approached the GM, and showed him the images, he said that he had "turned this over" to his insurance and that "they would be calling me". The insurance rep proceeded to tell me that that manager "never said that" because she never got other reports.. It was a terrible terrible experience; Marriott has treated a guest in a VERY unbecoming manner. Clearly, they do not value their guests. The spa was a ghost town and now I know why.
I took my 2009 Honda Civic Hybrid to the service department a week before Christmas. My IMA light was on, also the check engine light was on. I had to leave it there for three days, they never called me to tell me anything about what was going on,I had to call them. The guy that took my car randomly leaves and someone else is put over my car. They finally said that something was wrong with the computer in the car and that it was fixed. I never gave them permission to fix it, they are supposed to call first. They told me it would be 120 dollars and that I signed something saying I would pay it, I didn't. The man who took my car never said nothing about it either. Just the fee to check it. So I have to go in there because they are gonna not make me pay it. He pretty much said I was stupid for signing something that said so and so but I never signed such a thing. So I get in my car and the lights are still on. They didn't do a damn thing.
I was passing through town on my way to Virginia when a "check engine" light came on in my Mazda 5. I followed my GPS to the first Mazda dealer it could find, but the dealership was not there, so I pulled into Savannah Toyota. Elijah was very helpful and the service team found the problem. However, I could not stay long enough to get the problem fixed. Elijah confirmed that the problem would not cause the car to break down on my way to Virginia and advised me to get it to the Mazda dealer as soon as I got home. For all of this, the dealership charge me $0.00! While the visit took 2 hours, it gave me piece of mind, and the fact I was not charged was impressive. For the record, my other car is a 2005 Prius with 165K miles, and I still get over 50 mpg on it. I have told my wife that her next car needs to be a Toyota, not a Mazda. When I buy my next car, I wish I could buy it from Savannah Toyota. Thanks Elijah - you went above and beyond, and I appreciate it!
The owner was extremely rude and appeared drunk as he was askin me what I was doing there as here he watched me unload a car there. Insisted that I call him sir as if I give 2 sits as to who the hell he is.word of advice name dropping for your own amusement isn't very professional
