The buying experience is great until you need service done on said car. The service department is a joke and a rip-off. I have had my car in there 4 times for the same problem and they ignored my concerns and problem every time and did the bare minimum just to try and appease me. It was not until the 4th time, when I had to contact GM to get them to actually TRY and do their job. I have been treated very poorly by both GM and this dealership and they have soured me from every purchasing another GM vehicle (and I was loyal to Chevy). This dealership made me pay for the diagnostic costs on my brand new car a few times regarding these problems just to turn around and tell the GM representative that it was the part I had said anyway. I have had to leave my car for days at a time with them and they still were unable to do their job! I am convinced they only replaced a part to appease my concerns and try and make me go away. Do NOT take your car here to be serviced!!!!!!!!!
I agree with strengthinloves comment. Coming from other hurt/upset EX employee! Terrible business to work for/support with your business. Bottom Line.
I WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE ENTIRE TEAM AT FERNELIUS HYUNDAI! My husband & I have just purchased our 3rd vehicle from you & as always it was a great experience ! Everyone on the staff always goes that extra mile. It starts with just the little things like opening a door , asking if we've been helped & making sure that my husband a disabled veteran is comfortable! To the big things like several staff staying after hours on a holiday weekend to make sure we had everything we needed. To James who came to our home and spent over 2 hrs going over our new Santa Fe ! To Newell who from the first day we met new I didn't like nor trust car salesmen! Thanx Newell for always being honest! Special shout out to Wayne in service! You always, always keep my husband happy & we know that's not easy! Thanks again everyone !
