I just went there the other day. The service was horrible. They all had very bad attitudes. I get that you have to work and that you probably wouldn't like were you have to work at but if you have to work at a fast food restaurant try to have a good pleasant attitude towards the customers even if you have to fake it. Otherwise, you just end up losing customers.
HORRIBLE!!!!!I live in Sauk Village and I will never go back to Subway ever again. The staff can't speak english and are very rude, the guy (that refused to give his name). I had to ask him to wash his hands, begins to make my sandwhich his way and when I told him how I wanted it made became ignorant and told me no extras. It's sooo sad even when you go into a business people are not professional, friendly or courteous anymore.
There was only one lady working who couldn't speak english. Then she told me the register wouldnt let her enter in a kids meal for 5.25 so she said she would have to charge me for a footlong... $0.25 more. Not too bad except for the fact that it took her 30 MINUTES to FINALLY get me rung up and out the door... i get home with my sons kids meal and she didnt give me apple slices. I think they need to have more than ONE SINGLE person working per shift! That was REDICULOUS! Ill drive the extra mile next time to go to the other one! Very very disappointed subway!
very bad location staff has very bad attitudes never have the new items other locations have they are very slow food does not taste good there.
every time i go to this location they have attitudes... is it in the hiring app that you cant work there unless you have a bad attitude. i ask for sweet tea i get un sweeten tea. i ask for chicken nuggets i get old hard reheated food...i donot like this location and i will be contacting corp about this ongoing problem
