I just bought a 2008 Honda ridgeline from Jason at Auto House USA. I honestly could not be happier with the way the deal worked out. They found some way to wrap my trade in into the deal, getting me out from underneath the awful loan I signed on it, THANKS AGAIN!

From inquiry to delivery was under a week. The price on the truck was VERY competitive, I could not find another truck like it for a similar price from ANYWHERE. There are a few minor issues with the truck, all of which have been very fairly addressed so far.

I would recommend them if your looking for a new vehicle.

Repeat buyer- Great team. Very professional. No pressure to buy. I bought a Acura from them in 2013, the handled all the paper work and I had my car within days after I purchased it. The service their vehicles, get plates and registration and even inspections stickers if the vehicle needs it. The first time around the team member that helped me was very knowledgeable about warranties and in general, thanks to them when my vehicle was totaled I had gap insurance and they covered the difference. We just had to buy another car so for us is was a nobrainer to go back to Auto House. We got a Mercedes-Benz this time and we are in love. Again the car was serviced, detailed, plates and inspected. We had our car within a week this time but that was due to the storms. Overall my experience with them has been nothing but good. I would recommend them 100 % and if I’m the future we need another car without a doubt we would be going to them.

REPEAT BUYER- They are AMAZING! I bought a car from them in 2013 and my experience there was amazing. I am an anxious/nervous person in general, and I really have trouble trusting any company ever. So buying a car was pretty scary for me, especially as a female, I didn't want to be taken advantage of. Well the 2006 Nissan Altima I bought there is amazing, still runs like a dream, no problems. SO when my husband needed to buy a car about a month ago, it was a no brainer to go back. We just bought a 2014 VW Tiguan. Another amazing experience, this car is beautiful. ALL their cars are in amazing condition, they will not sell you anything that has issues. Down the road, when we need another car or want to trade in- without a doubt we will be back for a 3-peat.

Great experience! Bruce and Jason were very helpful and no pressure experience. First time went in and test drove the car. Left without having to feel like I had to buy it and went back home to think about it. Came back a week later to make the purchase.

I am a repeat customer of Auto House, having purchased two Lexus GS's over the past two years or so. My most recent purchase, a 2008 Lexus GS350 AWD, was as good as it gets. Back in January, I called Auto House and spoke to Brian regarding this vehicle, who was professional and knowledgeable. I finally went down to check out the vehicle a few days later, and it was in excellent condition: It was a one owner (which is a rare find for an older GS), had low mileage for it's year (around 88,000) and was exceptionally well-maintained as evidenced by the CarFax and Lexus Service History reports. After driving it, I knew I wanted to buy it. I worked out the financing with Jason, signed the paperwork, and was immediately excited to get back into an AWD Lexus (4WD/AWD is a MUST in MA).
