Excellent agency! We booked our Umrah trip through them and must admit despite being nervous, it ended up being so stress free and enjoyable. Everything was organised and managed so well by the whole staff. They booked our airline tickets, arranged our visas, hotel stay and ground transportation. We really had no complaints, since everything just ticked like clock work, Alhumdulillah!

So far my experience has been phenomenal with the company. I have booked a package for Umrah with them and everything related to the booking and arrangements has been exceptionally well. I still have to leave for the Umrah and I hope that once I reach KSA everything will go as planned with the inland travel and hotels.

As-Salaam-Alaikum:My husband and I had a wonderful Hajj with this group. What I love most about my Hajj experience is the classes that they had for us during our stay in Madinah. My only wish is that we had more before the Hajj through a series of conference calls, for example through something like FreeConference.com. I enjoyed the emails that were sent to us before the Hajj. I would have liked to receive them at least a month or two before the journey the emails were sent two weeks before the trip. I think one of the emails should be corrected for being at the airport at least 4 hours before the flight from USA. A few Hajji’s had troubles due to connecting flights that were not booked that far in advanced. All in all I felt we were very well taken care of throughout our Hajj Journey. It was truly a journey of a lifetime

Alhamdulilah I completed hajj 2017 with the CHU family. Everything from airport pick up to every stage of hajj was smooth and well planned. I appreciate the CHU team for going above and beyond for every hajjis convenience and comfort. Jazakallah khair to all the amazing staff. Definitely plan on working with this group again inshallah. Great service and arrangements. All the stuff were awasome. Very well organized group. The hotel in Makka is little far but they have their own transportations. Very reasonable price as well. I will highly recommend Chicago Hajj to my friends and family.

My Grandfather went for Hajj through Chicago Hajj and Umrah. He had a great time and stay. He found the trip to be efficient and reliable. After he came back from Hajj he took my grandmother for Umrah, and there were no complains then either! Everything was arranged properly according to time and the service was excellent! AsSalaamuAlaiKum I am sorry for giving one star, please read this review till end to know the details.1) Dar al Taqva does not exist try google to confirm, once you reach Makkah they will take you to "Ahlam Fahd Almqati Appartment". a) First they might give you the dirtest room and when you complain they will change it to a little better one, the one we got first had problem of standing water in rest rooms2) We go to Umrah and the first thing in our mind is to pray in Haram 5 times a day. a) The documents which you will receive from Navaid will say shuttle service available for all prayers, and when you go there in Ramadan you will see a notice on the wall saying, 5:00PM drop time to Haram and 2:45AM is the pickup. Trust me any other prayer time you ask for a ride they will tell you to take the taxi. b) You call them again to request for ride and they will not pick the phone.3) It was very disappointing when we asked about the hotel we will be going to in Madina, They said we dont know. a) The Hotel confirmation which Navaid gave to us says Mawaddah Group 3 star Hotel in Madina, and when we went there nothing was reserved we spent almost 3-4 hours searching for another Hotel.I dont know what these people are going to answer to Allah. 4) After reaching Makkah if you need any information like example hotels, food, ride for prayer or ziyarah the first thing you will hear from the staff is "I Dont Know Zameer knowes it". a) My Question is if Zameer knows everything then why are these stupids sitting in office. b) I had big argument with the staff when i was going to Madina, as per documents Navaid gave it says if you want to go to Badar for Ziyart we have to pay 100 SR per car/van, c) In my VAN there were 3 familes and when we informed the staff that we need to go through Badar, they said we have to pay 300 SR. When i said the documents says 100 SR per car/van, they said forget about the documents and we dont care whats in there.5) There are may more things but i felt these were few important thing every one need to know before making dicission.6) Zamir khotowala is a nice guy with stupid staff sitting around him who dont know any thing.7) Navaid Ahmed is a lier and a cheater most of the information he gave to us in package documents was a lie.8) If you need any help after reaching Makkah just call Zamir khotowala (050 890 1314) and he will take care of it, dont waste your time calling the staff/office.9) Note: Confirm every single thing in detail with Navaid Ahmed before you leave, this way you and Zamir khotowala will not go through soo much pain In Shaa Allah.

Super horrible experience. This company is a rip off. You need to go to a more accredited company for your precious religious Hajj/Umrah visits. They charged our group of 7 people for 10 days trip. We called them (Navaid) on the day we left for Medinah to confirm if everything was reserved and they made us comfortable that YES it is confirmed. When we landed in Madinah and wen to the hotel, the staff of the hotel told us that there was no reservation under our name. Our group of 7 people had to wait on the road in front of Gate # 17 at Haram Medinah for 6 hours while we tried to find another hotel. Paid out of pocket. Up until now, this company has not reimbursed our money. Beware of these thugs.

Bruria Kohen & Carlo Ruygrok previous DUI, now cash rental property owners keeping all transactions in cash, violate rights, abuse tenants with disabilities, forced removal with false protective order, rents were paid as proved with screenshot texts, depriving tenant of LINK benefits as they will not allow showing rent being paid to any organization, tack on extra expenses after original agreement, depriving tenant of personal property. Run cash drug dealing business hiding cash for this property purchased. For 27 yrs these people avoided showing up & getting involved due to their own drug & alcohol addictions. Did not even show up to bail their daughter out of Cook County Jail, when I did. But on this day, when money, property, family secrets are involved, Bruria finally showed up. Not for her daughter, but for only herself. They finally found a way to make money off the mental disabilities they've caused in their daughter. Carlo gets stoned & whines about being in a dying travel business now being ruled by the internet. The man's brain is fried from decades of drug & alcohol abuse. I got their daughter away from a crackhead had her arrested for a felony & almost killed her & a heroin addict triple felon boyfriend & they do this to me. They're in "mediation" for divorce so the cash deals are flying like rocks hitting anyone that stands in their greedy way. Carlo has even threatened his disabled daughter with lawyers if she exposes his cash drug business. They don't even get their daughter her benefits on the 1st, they take 4 days to deposit to her.
