AVOID THIS CLINIC AT ALL COSTS!!!

The office staff at this clinic are the most unprofessional and flat out despicable people you could ever have the occasion to meet or speak to. I'm extremely disappointed in myself that I have ever allowed my animals to be seen at this clinic in general.

Upon calling to attempt to schedule a regular check up for my cat, a woman claiming to be a nurse at the clinic could barely be bothered to schedule my appointment, because "she had a waiting room full of people". She spoke with the maturity and professionalism of a 12 year old, surfing her Instagram account, screwed up sending a medication to the pharmacy, refused to answer any question or concerns about the appointment or the medication dosing, because she was in hurry.

Upon calling back two days later to speak with the office manager regarding the attitude of the previous employee, I was told that it was ME being terminated from the practice, without the input of the vet, simply based on her spur of the moment reading of her child-like employee's scribblings about the initial call.

More than anything I am disappointed and hurt by the fact that I trusted my animals to a clinic that employees such loathsome people. I will tell anyone and everyone I know to stay away from this place. The clinic staff of this practice are horrible people. Avoid dealing with them at all costs!

We are thrilled that Dr Lavery is practicing here. She is professional, caring and takes the time to explain everything. The front desk staff was courteous and we were seen in a timely manner. The waiting room has dividers, so you can keep your animal as calm as possible. The clinics prices are very reasonable, which helps when you have multiple animals. We would highly recommend Saxony Animal Clinic.

these people are amazing! my German Shepherd went to another vet i had suspicion of pyromania they said nope idk why she is like this and sent her home 2 weeks later she got very ill.i took her to Saxony animal clinic she had pyromania. by the way it is a life threatening condition.If she didn't have a hysterectomy immediately she would have died.By no means did i have $1000 for an emergancy surgury.Not many people do. but they said here at saxony animal clinic we care about the animal . they let me put a large deposit down and make arrangements on the balance.I dont know of any other vet office that does that for an animal. Trust me ive been in that predicament before and lost an animal because i couldn't afford a surgery. The vet who did the surgery did an amazing job.They saved my baby girls life first and thought about payment second. I highly recommend Saxony vet.Wonderful staff with hearts of gold!

Ive been taking my animals to Saxony since 2006 after this last experience I will never take another "family member" there again and I suggest if you love your animals you find another clinic also. They are inconsiderate money hungry bitches who could careless about your pets! They slacked on informing me on some concerning health issues regarding my dog. I made an appointment with Deer creek for a second opinion for which they went above and beyond my expectations. I wish I would have changed clinics years ago!
