It's been years since I've found a place for great New York Style subs and pizza other then Trattoria Pizza from closer to NYC, but Marino's has proven to repeatedly go above and beyond to make their food the best quality it can be. I have family that comes from far away just for Marino's infamous homemade that! And don't get me going on the pizza, can't be beat!!! Keep up the great work!!!

I don't know what the last person was talking about but I do understand that not everything is perfect. I've had their pizza on 4+ occasions now and every time it has been absolutely delicious. I'm sorry the other person did not have the same experience. But one time does not a pizza store make. There are other items such as dinners and subs that were very good as well. I always try a new place at least twice before I make my final determination. Tried at least five times so far and ready to order tonight as well.
BEST FOOD I have ever had!!!!! This is an amazing pizza shop with the best service and nicest people, and the food. Amazing is all I have to say for it! DELICIOUS!!!!

A new pizza place opened in town and I ordered a cheese pizza and drove home w/ it after going to the chiro. Came home and opened the box to this diddly darned monstrocity. Basically the slices were 25% cheese and 75% sauce on pizza. Duh. Because that's exactly what you want when you order a cheese pizza: floppy crust soggy with sauce and almost completely bare of cheese. This was 14$. I don't know how cheap the owners of this store I ordered a cheese pizza. Not a goddamn sauce pizza with small patches of cheese haphazardly and carelessly thrown at it. I don't know what the frick frack is going on in the kitchen but I imagine they just hang the pizza dough on the wall and sling toppings at it like a Jackson Pollock painting. This is some real Gordon Ramsey's restaurant nightmares horsecrap. This pizza is more horsecrap than the back stables at the race track in August. If I wasn’t already home (all the way in Wilton) I would have brought this pizza right back into that store and thrown it at them. I don’t know who made this but this is friggly fraggle inexcusable and if it wasn’t ten miles away and I wasn’t in horrendous pain I would driven right back there and demanded a full refund and compensation for all the gas I wasted having to drive back. I am so angry I wasted 14$+gas on this piece of crap pizza. I wouldn't feed this to my cat. There needs to be a a negative stars rating. Don't order the pizza here. I don't know what the good reviewers on this page are smoking or if they're paid reviewers or just dummy accounts but a picture is worth a thousand words and all of the words are “stay away” 500 times over.
Pope's is a good restaurant. They make delicious, unique tasting pizza. The calzones are just as great. They're menu is good. The only thing is the staff there aren't presentable. They just take your order and call you when it's ready. They're not so friendly. As if they're constantly in a bad mood. Don't know why. A smile could make a difference.
Was really looking forward to trying this pizza as I had heard good things about it. We were a bit disappointed. It was okay. The sauce was bland and the dough was overworked. There are other pizza places in town that make a better pie.
Pizza and service are great. Love the sicilian pizza
Pizza is okay but does not stand out
