I found the staff at Tony's to be courteous and knowledgable. they have a large selection of used appliances, and were quite candid about the attributes and intricacies of merchadise they had -to include negative aspects such as brand repair costs etc. I purchased a repair part for a dryer, which worked well and they took the time to explain the reccomended procedure for installation. This is an open, honest and candid type of family style business.

I've never been treated so poorly by a "business." My 70 year old mother came home from having cancer removed to a broken refrigerator the day before Thanksgiving. Panicking, we drove to Tony's. (She has purchased a washer and dryer from them in the past.) We didn't have all of the correct measurements, so we told the ladies that we would call back with a credit card to purchase the correct size and have it delivered. After not getting through and leaving two messages, we decided to drive there again - we really needed a working fridge. Once there, Jess walked right past us and refused to speak to us and Belinda told us that she refused to sell us anything because we had supposedly bought one in the parking lot from someone else. We told her that we had not bought anything, hence driving back and trying to purchase theirs. She rudely lied to our face saying that the owner (who was not there) refused to sell us anything. I asked why she was refusing to sell a little old lady with cancer a fridge the day before Thanksgiving and she told me it wasn't her problem. I then called the owner and he said that he would gladly sell us what we needed, but that he was out of town for three weeks and the "girls" run the place and make the decisions. I just don't understand how someone can be so cruel to customers for no reason. We feel tricked, lied to, and discriminated against. We will never go back to these cruel, horrible people. I hope no one else is treated the way they treated my mother and I.
My 17 year old Whirlpool Machine would not go thru the spin cycle, I called and was actually told how to solve this issue! I know it sounds too good to be true, but its true! I spoke with Dave, the owner, he actually picked up the phone it was 7:15 p.m.! And he so kindly explained to me how to bypass the sensor , he is very friendly and experienced in the appliance world and I can tell you he gave me more information on how to fix this issue, then anyone has given me in a very long time..so its not all about the money!! that is just rare today! I will send everyone to Sunshine Appliance , he put the "Sunshine " back into my week, after that washer broke I thought I would have to spend 700.00 to buy a new one, not the case.. Thanks so much!!
went to look for a washer and dryer, found somthing i liked, they had no info for price, asked if they could call me when they had a price. no one ever called. wanted to buy on the spot, but they lost a sale and customer.
