Our dog has been using another Day Care facility that is father away than Camp Bow Wow so we decided to give this place a try. As with other reviews, we found the facility clean and the staff very curious. The initial interview went well and we let our dog stay for the day. When we picked him up, they said that he had no problems and was welcome back anytime. CAUTION PLEASE READ: When we got home we found an open wound on the top of his head that was bleeding. We understand that dogs may fight when they first meet. That is not the issue. The fact that either the staff didn't notice the fight or decided not to tell us about it, raises a big RED FLAG with us and we have decided never to leave our dog in the care of this facility.
Holly does and excellent job and is very patient with our wiggly nervous girl. Highly recommend. Very friendly and punctual. Couldn't ask for a better groomer.
Holly is such a kind and caring groomer. She is truly a gift for the nervous dogs, and does a wonderful job. I would recommend her to anyone!!
I have 4 chi's and like everyone else, they are my world. Before we found Holly, grooming day was the worst! We all had anxiety and near panic attacks on the ride there. But then we found Holly. My 2 long hair chi's are the youngest and have really learned to accept the pampering. However, my eldest boy, Eddie has always protested the nail trimming due to the fact that every groomer so far has cut his nails too short and made him bleed. Today was the 4th or 5th visit from Holly and I can already see a huge difference in his stress level during the nail trim process. Having a groomer come to your home, especially when you have multiple pets, has been one of the best decisions I have made. Her charges are comparable to the salons I took them too before and I don't have to leave them somewhere for 4 hours. All 4 of my chi's are so relaxed being at home which in return helps me relax. I have learned a lot from Holly too. Little tips and secrets I wouldn't have known by dropping them off. For us, this was literally life changing and I would recommend Sunny Dawn to anyone who loves their pups like I do.
We rescued a small pit bull mix two years ago. We've had trouble finding a place where our dog feels safe and comfortable. She has separation anxiety from us and has been known to be quite the escape artist. After trying two other kennels in the Sarasota area with no luck, we were recommended to try out Bayside. Bayside is an amazing kennel. The staff there are incredibly kind, understanding, helpful and overall just amazing. The facility is very, very clean, modern, the kennels look comfortable and have TVs, also an optional webcam to watch your dog online or from your phone (on an app). There is not one bad thing I can say about this place!
This place is SKETCHY! I do NOT recommend this service! When I spoke with the owner on the phone he said he has over 40 employees who will be servicing my home. He did not know who would be coming to mine. When I pressed him about background checks he became hostile and rude and said he "didn't think he wanted to work for me" All I asked was if he could prove he has done background checks! This is a standard question in the business - by his answers, I do not think he has done any background checks on any of his employees... the owner loved to hear himself talk and refused to listen and/or answer any of my questions.
Wow were we impressed the guys are very nice and listen to what you have to say like other dog trainers don't, There training center is wonderful very nicely decorated and our class instructor she was great.Wendy N.
