I dropped a specimen of my infant daughter's off. I was never told to sign in (which apparently I should have been told to). Turns out they lost the specimen but told me that since I never signed in, they have no record of me being there and that it's not their problem. I told them to check their paperwork for that day and I was told they did indeed have one drop off listed but then a second sheet for that day said there were zero drop offs. Their paperwork was all screwed up and no one knows what they are doing there. They absolutely refuse any wrong doing or that a mistake on their end could have possibly happened. Mary Kartz is a mindless, incompetent weasel. A monkey would do a better job than anyone working there. I'll pay outright next time and use Quest.
I went here, but did not know I had gone to the wrong place. I did not know that I should go to a different lab, so my order was not there. I am a foreigner, so my English is not very good. I called my husband to help speak to them to find out what was wrong. I wanted them to speak to him, but the lady at check in did not want to talk to him or help me in any way and was rude. I am thankful someone came to help me and showed me where to go.
I took my mom here today & they we very rude to her. There is no excuse for how she was treated by the technician. When we tried to call & complain, the manager only offered excuses. We will never return to this facility ever again.
