Overall
What I was expecting.

Here is my experience from A to Z. No wait. Immediately seates. Waited 10 minutes for our rude waitress to even say hi. Waited another 10 for coffee and water to be delivered. She could not take our order at this time because a Pain-in-the-rear Customer called her over. Waited while the waitress accommodated the painful Customer. Finally ordered, waited close to 35 minutes before our 2 orders of Eggs Benedict and 1 order of Belgian Waffle with Strawberries. That just not right. How on Earth does that take 40 minutes when I've made better tasting waffles at a Hampton Inn continental breakfast. BEATS ME. but, portions were generous... prices were decent... and the food really wasn't completely terrible. But, on the road, any sort of sit down restaurant food seems like the greatest thing since sliced bread. This was my first time to a Perkins ever, and will certainly be my last.
