        Two years ago I brought in my very expensive floor lamp from NY because it stopped working. They fixed it for a very reasonable price. Recently it stopped working again, so I brought it in. I picked it up today. What was wrong with it? I wasn't putting the bulb in tightly enough. They had checked the lamp all over to make sure it worked. I took it home, put the bulb in very tightly and the lamp worked just fine. Here's the best part: they didn't charge me at all! I was stunned. They are honest and reputable. I will continue to use them. I highly recommend Joe-Lin Lampshades for service.
