Doug my grandmother's antique cedar chest in November. Still can not reach you, Was very dependable in the past. Completed many jobs for me - excellent work. He returned furniture to myself and my clients in timely manner. . Please Linda C get me his new phone # and address. Left numerous messages since November on all the phones he has available in the past. I want my treasured piece back,finished or unfinished. never been unprofessional, and totally surprised me he not return my calls. Linda Cullen . Please call me . I wish I had read this review before almost the same thing happened to me. Unfortunately, I was promised the work to be completed in 3 weeks and I paid 50 percent up front.. After picking up my tables I tried to reach Doug by phone, but he does not return calls. I finally found him (he moved) and he stated personal problems and needed private time with girl friend. He had not started the job so I asked for his correct address and picked up my tables . He did not return any monies. He really does not deserve any star rating!

After 6 months the furniture was still incomplete. Disappointing as the original quote was for 3 weeks, over 50% of the contract price was paid in cash upfront, owner refused to return calls and it was necessary to physically pick up the furniture and take to another furniture repair facility, owner did not return the balance of the previously paid money,
