        kelley at customer service at corporate really helped. the baldwin sofas are very comfortable. thanks kelly- also stacey the manager is very nice.

        The delivery will be LATE, the store and the 800 cust. service line will not be able to find your order easily EVER, they will fail to put the worry free protection on your order even when you instruct them to do so. Worst furniture experience ever - Emory slipcovered sectional and upholstered cocktail table just o.k.
