My anniversary present from Stan was a bracelet. I found an Estate piece I loved at Kagy's Jewelers 4446 Bee Ridge Road in Sarasota. I went in 3 times last week before making my final decision on Saturday. I tried it on 3 times, and worked with the same salesperson. When I arrived Saturday to purchase it, I was told that it had been "Priced incorrectly" for the past several weeks, but they now knew they had made a "mistake" and the price was DOUBLE what I had been quoted, It's a really nice bracelet, emeralds and white gold, but I sure can't afford double the price.While legally they can do this, I think ETHICALLY, they are a horrible company Where is their integrity? I would never do that to one of my clients. So, if anyone wants to purchase jewelry, I would STRONGLY suggest they not go to that store. Besides being very disappointed, what they did was morally wrong, in my opinion. Any thoughts? AVOID CAGY's whenever you can!!!
Terribly rude manager and customer service. Don't expect quality when purchasing anything from this store.
Worst service/customer service I have ever experienced in any business. Completely rude "manager" and awful repair service I went in to have my iPhone 5c screen replaced because apply had a big wait time, which I now know why. The phone worked perfect before hand, just a cracked screen. They were hired to replace it. I came in and my proximity sensor was not functioning, which made it impossible to make phone calls (worked perfectly before) The Latin "manager" told me they weren't liable for any hardware issues and they would look at it as a "courtesy". After about a week of waiting it was finally looked at and they decided to put another screen on. I went in to try it out and it still didn't work, oh on top of that the screen was cracked by THEM while they we were working on it. They then replaced the screen again. I was out of town and had to send my girlfriend in to pick it up. The associate told her the phone wouldn't power up because the SIM car was not installed. When I returned home I put my SIM card in and the phone has the black screen of death with a bunch of error codes. I called the Latin manager AGAIN, and she RUDELY and told me the phone didn't work when it left the store and that we had signed off and there was nothing she could do. In a nut shell, I spent $130, about 7 hours of traveling/waiting time and several phone calls to check the status of the "repair" and I have a phone that won't even turn on or function, one that worked perfectly when it was brought in. I have never had such poor customer service, rude management and the absolute worst mechanical service in my life. I now have a useless phone with an extra $130 invested into it. NEVER NEVER NEVER again will I use this company, nor another "fix it" store besides Apple or a factory repair store. The 3 hour wait at Apple would have paid dividends VS letting these hacks totally ruin my phone. I would leave 0 stars if it were an option!
I had a EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY and the staff at this Location in Sarasota if you have and dead watches or looking for some new dopeness check this place out!!!! Now on fire and fair prices and good vibrations in this place.
