Called this business a few days after Irma hit, the belt on my mower broke , they came right away, another small part came from off the mower had me to order this part, part came back 2 weeks later I had already paid them $170.00 to replace the lawn mower belt before I ordered the part, texted her and told her the part came back and I needed her to come and put this torsion spring on did, not hear from her, finally called said they were busy, I reminded her that I already paid her and my mower was still not running, finally came back to work on mower about 2 weeks later had to get another belt the belt that was put on was the wrong belt, this time it was a different guy working on the mower he hopefully put the belt on, but could not get the spring on , so they left took the mower battery with them to charge it , about 2 days later bought the battery back and left it at the gate, never saw or heard from them since, this is November mower still not running avoid this business at all cost very unreliable and not professional, to put a belt on I think the charge was way to pricey.
He ripped me off!I have also heard from others that had very bad experiences with him and his wife.
Spotted the ad for Brian" Mobile Equipment Repair online. Gave them a call and they were able to service my mower the same day. Spoke with Brian and he knew what was wrong (and what wasn't wrong). He got my mower operational and fixed only what needed fixing. Great service and knowledgeable guy. I'd highly recommend them. Reasonably priced as well. 5stars.
I called around because my mower wouldn't start and I needed it fixed every shop told me it was at least four weeks until they would be able to look at it. When I called brian he told e he could come out to me and repair it...which was nice because I didn't have a way to bring it to a shop. He came out the following day and fixed it right were it sat. They were very reasonable and Im Very pleased with his work and would call him back the next time I need something fixed
