I used to live closer to Johnny's when the old management was there and religiously went as Ronnie, Jr would always take great care of me! My Jeep was always spotless and looked almost brand new when he was done with it. Well, today, I decided to take my daughter's Elantra there all the way from Lakewood Ranch. NEVER again will I go there. Ronnie, Jr. wasn't working so some young boy who spoke barely any English took care of me. After 20-30 mins, my car was ready (I bought The Works which was about $25). I got in and could not believe how filthy it still was! The dash looked like it hadn't even been wiped down. There was still dog hair on the dash and paw marks on the doors and dash. I went inside and complained and the young boy came out with his rag and attempted in broken English to tell me it "won't come clean".... I asked what he was using and he said a "wet rag".... REALLY? You think water would clean it? Finally, the manager came out and apologized stating that now that they have new management, they cannot take the time they used to to clean their cars because most people are on a time crunch. I told him I would NEVER be returning to Johnny's. How sad as it used to be the only place to go.
Would be the last place to have your car done I had it done for half somewhere else Randy is a con artist and known in the area beware I checked with other places and he was so overpriced
Charlie did an excellent job on my 3 cars. He was on-time and very professional. Since he is mobile I was able to stay home and get my work done while my cars were being detailed
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Went in to pay the bill using a $50 dollar gift card and the lady working the desk apparently isn't familiar with how a gift card works. It's not rocket science to subtract $50 from the total owed!!!! At first when she said 103 i assumed she meant $1.03 and that I would be paying the rest owed after the 50 dollar gift card and gave her a $10 bill ( WHICH I HAD TO LITERALLY ASK FOR BACK AFTER I PAID WITH CREDIT CARD INSTEAD) She tried to charge me full price several times before having TWO different people come over to see if they could help her. The second man explained that its because she charged me to buy a $50 gift card and then redeemed it. Then said that manager would have to fix it and wasn't around at the time. I just said here is the $3.49 difference that I owe can I please just get my car and leave. In frustration I didn't even look at the car and just left. I examined it when I got home and it wasn't any cleaner than when I took it in. I'm not even sure they vaccumed the inside of the car at all!!!!!! Absolutely terrible service and horrible job at cleaning the car, I could have had the same results driving through a $6.00 car wash and saved myself a lot of money. That lady needs to go back to grade school and learn some basic addition and subtraction!!! Would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!
Only getting 1 star cause I could not go on without giving giving a star! They do not deserve any!! Was there 1hr 45mins for wash & hand wax. Had to call and complain cause I noticed dirt in cup holders, door handles and around shifter. Manger says come back so I do point things out to him and he takes it to back. He brings it back bout 5mins later and still not impressed and then he goes on to tell me that he asked the guy in front bout my check in and says I did not make any special request...right I didn't cause he told me that they "condition and wipe down the inside" I assume that that means I wipe down the cup holder in the handles in the door but obviously they don't that extra I guess! I will never take my car there again and I will make sure others don't either such a rip off I wasted $53 because now I'm going outside to clean the inside of my car properly myself!!!
Took my wife's car to Johnny's last weekend to get it washed/detailed. After having it done, we noticed that one of the prongs from the cupholder in the center console was loose and dangling, unlike the others. Called Johnny's about it, spoke to Mary-Ann first and she pretty much flat out denied it. Called back later that day and spoke to Marc, the Operations Manager, he told me to bring it on down so they could take a look at it. Drove down there, spoke to David, he took at look at it and told me to take it to the dealership to see how much it would cost to have it fixed. Took it to the dealership one week later, called Johnny's and the only thing they would offer me is credit towards a car wash. Very unacceptable and very bad for business.
