Very poor customer service. Sales person has a lousy attitude! No wonder store is going out of business!!!!!!!!
If you will be on Spring Break vacation or taking time off for a week or longer, you need to hire someone to run things at your store so you can remain open to your customers while you are gone. You are an established business with regular customers...it's the right thing to do! This has happened on several occasions... I pull up, only to find a "we're closed" sign. I once was a regular customer, and I tried my very best to support local business, especially in a niche market such as security/survival gear. I will now return to shopping online and just pay for overnight shipping. This may seem trivial, but to someone who requires these items at a moments notice for work, its a big deal. Otherwise,customer service was good and prices were a tad marked up. Not a bad choice when they're actually open.
So no active military discount, ehh whatever! But damn, I went in for pants and found the same on amazon for like 25$ cheaper! That place is a rip off knives are way overpriced and the lady there was made me feel super awkward when I asked about military discount " no everyone who walks though the door gets the same price". I'm shopping elsewhere
