The museum itself is amazing! Well worth the time and $ to go. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience w/service. The grounds are so big that they run golf carts (tram) to and fro. I went w/my family that included my 17 mos daughter in a stroller and my mother. When I purchased my tickets the woman gave me helpful info, plus telling me where the tram stops were. After the we finished our 1st building, we waited on the tram. When it arrived the man told me I couldn't get on b/c of the stroller. I asked if I could fold it up and ride, he said he couldn't do that. A woman had resently broken her leg getting out of the cart, and they had a meeting that a.m. informing them they could no longer accept strollers. He said that there "may" be a handicap cart that could come get us. After waiting awhile, we walked back to the lobby and asked someone else. They checked and said that the 2 handicap carts were not working. We decided to get our $ refunded. When I spoke to the woman that sold me the tickets, she kept telling me that they couldn't do a refund because the tram was unavailable to us. I reminded her 3X that she had me put an arm band on the stroller, then told me where I could catch the tram. I told her that my mother has RA and would need to ride the tram. The woman said that my mother could ride, but we couldn't. I guess she expected us to experience the museum apart. I asked to speak to a s'visor and she repeatedly told me that mgment would not refund for those reasons. She was so rude and arrogant that I finally told her that I was done talking to her, let mgment speak for theirselves. She finally dialed the s'visor and I overheard her say that we had been there all day and was wanting our $ back. I spoke loud enough to be heard on the other end and told her she was lying, we had just been thru that one building. Then she started speaking low, so I couldn't hear what she was saying, but I did. She told her s'visor that she had told me that I may or may not get to ride the tram, I again told her she was telling a lie, that if there was a question about it that I would of clarified it b4 purchasing tickets. After telling her "side" of the story, she handed the phone to me. The s'visor IMMEDIATELY apologized and said she had no problem refunding my $. She had the woman behind the counter to give me one of her business cards. She was very nice and said nothing that the "psychic" insisted she would say. After I got off the phone I told the psychic to try to make a habit out of being honest from now on and left w/a full refund.

Print My T’s Team, I want to let you know how much I appreciated doing business with you all. Paul handled my order from beginning through final billing and I couldn’t be happier with how personable he is, his professionalism, and his unfailing promptness. I never had a single phone call or e-mail that wasn’t answered within half a day, most within minutes. Your team even went the extra step of offering 50% color saturation for one of the colors in order to save us some money which we opted not to do. Why should we when your printings are so competitively priced? The final product was flawlessly done exactly as we had wanted them and the quality and color saturation was just as it should be. When I went to pick up the order, it was carried out to my car for me, I believe, by the owner himself! Not surprising since his company’s quality of work and excellent customer service attest to his being a hands-on and conscientious owner. There had been a change in my original order and therefor a slight glitch in our favor on the final invoice. When we called to let you know, Amber rectified the oversight over our expectations quickly and gracefully. Of course, Paul even followed up on that to ensure that it was taken care of and to our satisfaction! Overall, by far the best customer experience I have had in years from either small local businesses or large national corporations. As a small local business, we like to utilize other small local businesses when able. I am so glad that we do, since that led us to you! We will certainly be using your services in future and recommending you to any who ask!!! Best Google Search result ever!!! Thank you again!!! Office of JHM Construction
This store has a lovely selection of Vera Bradley and fine beach apparel. On my first visit I was given wonderful attention and assistance from a kind employee. I purchased a hat, she removed the tag and I wore it out the door. Unfortunately, the hat had to be returned 2 days later as it was defective. I did not have the receipt when I returned it-which was my fault. However, I was delighted to see the same salesperson when I entered the store and since she had spent a good deal of time with me I thought she might remember me. Another woman asked if I needed help and I told her I needed to return my hat. Since I knew it might be a problem without the receipt I pointed out the salesperson who sold it to me. This saleswoman spoke to me abruptly and said "It doesn't matter who sold it to you! We need to be sure you bought this here!" Apparently my word and an employee eyewitness were not enough! I found a different more expensive hat I thought I'd buy instead and also a Vera Bradley item. The transaction was uncomfortable and when I used my debit card and had no ID with me (hadn't been asked for ID all week in Siesta Keys) the woman at the counter kindly told me not to worry about going to get it. However, the other woman glared at me! What horrible customer service! I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman! Wow...very snobbish. I will be returning to Siesta Key in a year, but will not frequent this place again!
I highly recommend this western clothing boutique! I'm constantly asked where I get my clothes and complimented on my boots. They always have new things to try on I love the style choices and a huge variety of boots (more the Russells). The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable about the different styles of boots and their fit. They have great accessories as well.
If you need something to do for a few hours on a rainy day this is a great place. My kids are 8 1/2 and 6 1/2 and they loved it! It was fun for mom and dad too trying to figure out how it all worked to show the kids. It was fun to watch them exploring. It was well worth the trip! Aug.2009
This is the best Goodwill store I have ever been to! They have such a large assortment of little treasures, the coolest clothes, furniture, books, you name it!! And it's all at an unbelievable low price. Top that with going toward a deserving and worthwhile cause! You gotta go!
