Long wait....rude...wont be back.

We love our small town and the friendly folks in it. This is why the rudeness of the head nurse at this medical office sticks out. They will lie that they did not receive your pharmacy refill request and enjoy leaving patients high and dry on their meds for a week at a time. Be prepared...this will happen each month on meds for important health issues such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and asthma. Please dont put yourself through this. They need to close and leave our hometown.
Do not spend your money here. It's not affordable at all and they are not there to serve anyone. My father went there in December 2012. He had been sick for 3 weeks. They charged him $154 and said nothing was wrong and gave him a script for an antibiotic. 3 days later, he was in the ER with a very aggressive form of pneumonia. He wound up being admitted and spent the next several days there. It was awful. Additionally, when his physician found out what medicine the NP had prescribed, he could not understand why that was given. Today, I went in for a chronic bleeding nose. It's been bleeding for 2 weeks off and on. I walk in, they charged me $92 and told me nothing except that they wanted to do blood work and charge more for that. Not into patient care at all. I regret spending any money there. Rip off.
realize that a nurse practitioner (NP) runs this office, it just uses the name of a doctor but he is never there. Meeting her leads me to wonder if her pride ever lets her ask his opinion. this is a dangerous combination. even with appointment time, was not on time. Know that NP are not regulated well under Oklahoma law, another red flag. Good for general crud help, maybe, but not anything more serious. Not a place to have any risky procedures done, like allergy testing -- they don't know enough and put the responsibility on you to decide if your esophagus is going into shock. no $$ savings, so I don't see the benefit.
