Oakridge Apartments

STAY AWAY!!!! These places are total DUMPS, with cockroaches.Management doesn't care about anything. Nothing but problem after problem. Noisy, unruly tenants that can't be controlled. These apartments don't even rate one star, but that was the lowest rating that was offered. Poor construction, nothing works right. Walls are thin, can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor is doing! Horrible atmosphere. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are old rundown apartments but where they really get you is when you move out they tack on $2000 for cleaning...Beware...We are having to fight them....They are charging us for ridiculous stuff...Karen is a terrible person...she doesn't care not once iota about anything...The management says they are on your side but don't believe them either....RIPOFF and SCAMMERS all the way.
