We went to the garden area to buy all purpose sand for a paver project. We told the cashier we needed 30 bags of sand and we went and got one bag so she could ring us up. We asked that if they could forklift a pallet of sand to our car and help us ;load it. We were told it would take a while for someone to load it for us. So we waited and waited and no one came to help.So we ask the cashier again, how much longer and she replied "I can someone". So we decided to get our money back and go the Home Depot. The customer service girl went on the attack stating "I have to have something to see or I can not return your money, even after I explained to her that the sand was never loaded into our car, the reason we want our money back. Then she looked at the receipt and told us the receipt was for a day earlier and had an even bigger attitude with us. So we went to the car to find the right receipt and learned the at we had the right receipt but the garden register was two days behind.todays date. So we went back in and she was gone, but a nice man was there, listened to our story and refunded our money the way it should have been done the first time. She did comer back just as we were leaving and I told her to drop the attitude especially when it was their register that was not working right and printing the wrong date on the receipt.. Was checking on price for a part for my shower, had some peolpe come by and fix, can't find anybody to help me at Lowes, push the button for service all I hear for the next 10 minutes is that stupid voice telling everyone I need help at Lowes. And to top it off, I decide to by a plunger for my home, go to get in line and of course 2 people at the first register, light on at customer service, go to customer service nobody can help me, because its not a service item, what does that mean there is a register here, and the light is on, anyways, walk back to the register I was a t first guess what, same 2 people still there, looked like the person checking out had an item with no tag, so they must of been waiting for a price check, no problem, 2 more people get in line behind me, no problem until I see the sign above me that says 3 or more in line and they'll open another. Well Guess what, light still on at customer service, nobody ever came over to open another register. Thanks Lowes for wasting my day.
