Dillon & the team were meticulous in how they packed my stuff into crates (it was going into storage). Every piece or furniture was wrapped in blankets and taped up. I didn’t have many fragile items, but the movers still handled my belongings with great care. The movers were also very nice as well.
From start to finish, it was a joy to work with Nice Guys Movers. My boyfriend and his family were renting a home in the valley, and they were paid by the landlord to move locations as he had sold the location. Contacting these guys was very simple and they met our requirements for the move out date that we requested. The quote seemed very reasonable and with their positive reviews from previous customers, we solidified the move for the following week. On moving day, everything went smoother than we had imagined. The crew (Kyle & Malik) were very attentive and quick. Everything in the 3 bedroom house was in the truck and ready to go within a few hours. Once we got to the new condo, they helped set everything in its right place. We had a ton of extra boxes and some spare furniture, so they helped position everything perfectly in the storage and basement.
Nice Guys Movers handled our move from Sacramento to San Francisco last month and it was as easy as could be. Kyle scheduled our dates with no issue, even though we didn't have a move-in address set at the time. She also included a month of storage for free while we found a place. They were very upfront with the cost of the move in general and explained what any extras would be. Benjermin and a bunch of guys received our stuff in Sacramento and took great care in wrapping our furniture. Will & Benjermin and two guys moved in our items and again were great. They did a fantastic job putting all the furniture back together (break down and set up of furniture was included in the price). Everything came back in good condition and the guys were very careful with items, especially the fragile marked ones. I had never used a moving company before but Prodigy was well worth it. If we move again, I know who to call!
Nice Guys Movers were quite simply the best. Professional, courteous, on-time, and they had everything in and out in a flash with nothing broken, scratched, or dented. They even took out all the empty boxes while I was unpacking and moved furniture a few times to help sort out the best layout. We used Nice Guys Movers to move locally last weekend. Our window was 8-10am and they arrived promptly at 8am with a courtesy call shortly before their arrival. The team was very professional and efficient. We were so impressed at how well they packed the truck! The guys only took a half hour break for lunch too which I was relieved about as it meant we could get the move done faster. We went with the full package with the guys packing up the whole house for us. They were great at making sure there wasn't any debris left in the old house as well. The unpacking went well too."

If a company isn't an AMSA member, that doesn't mean it isn't reputable, but an AMSA membership is a clear indication of legitimacy.
