        Gone from Excellent to Terrible

        I have lived in these apartments for over a year and I cannot stress enough to potential renters to stay away from this place. When we first moved to live here, the apartment manager was a great guy who really cared about the apartments and the people living in them. We talked to other people who had lived here for a while and they told us that the manager had taken over the management of this place a few months back and things had turned around for the better. The exterior of the apartments was kept clean, the grounds were nicely landscaped, and any maintenance issue was resolved within hours.

        For some unknown reason to us, that manager was dismisses from his job at the beginning of 2008 and that's when things began to go from excellent to terrible. We've received nasty notes from the new management asking for rent that had already been prepaid, maintenance issues had gone unanswered for days, even weeks, and as far as we know currently there are a whole lot of vacant apartments in this property. Hmmm, I wonder why.
