This is the review about roenert park one, but since the manager there is transferring to santa rosa one, here it is: 1) The manager of this store came to help us right away when my husband & I walked into the store. He did not treat us like cheap-end/poor/too young couple w/ no $ (like mattress discounters did) 2) upon asking what type of mattresses we're looking for, etc, he asked if we'd like to take firmness test to see which profile we fit in 3) after explaining difference between spring mattresses vs. non spring mattresses, he also explained about boxsprings (now good boxspring can make it feel different) 4) after explaining that sitting on the edges of mattress doesn't feel as same as actually laying on the bed, he recommended us to try out almost all the mattresses in the entire store. 5) on top of all those, he even asked us for our price range and presented every mattress that's within our price range after specific discounts offered 6)I've been using this kingsdown mattress & boxsprings for last month and I absolutely love this so much. not only we got almost $300 worth of savings (compared to the avg prices I've seen online), the real boxspring does make difference. I have spine problem and need good support. but I've always had prob with too hard or too soft spots all over my body on regular mattress... but this one just evens out. think of it as a well-supported spring mattress that acts like memory foam but with REALLY good support (memory foam doesn't have really good "support" it's good at relieving pressure on certain part of my body, but i found that my body starts to sink into the memory foam after awhile, and it's bad for my neck bone down to spines) 7) the guy who guided us was the manager in roenert park location but he said he'll soon be transferred to santa rosa location.
