WOW! I can't say enough about these two lovely ladies (twin sisters) Traci and Terry are awesome! Like most people who have used public storage more than once I have had some Very bad experiences in the past. No so with Traci and Terry! these two beautiful ladies bend over backwards to make sure every customer is not only satisfied but a happy customer!I have had some of my possessions and treasures like tools, fishing gear, antique electric trains and assorted household " stuff" I don't have room for in my apartment stored at Security Public Storage in Santa Rosa, California for 3 1/2 years. Traci and Terry have always treated me like one of their family. During the process of moving I needed to find a storage facility and after calling about 5 places I thought I would go meet Terry at the Hopper Ave site. She was super helpful and she was enjoying showing me around and explaining everything in detail. The unit I picked is the perfect size, clean, well lit easy to open and close. The hours are great for stopping by to pick up something I might need or drop off additional items until i locate my next residence. Moving is no fun but it is nice to have a secure storage unit, almost my like my own personal bank vault with security cameras and an electric gate. And Terry! she is just awesome! so sweet to talk to and do business with. I will hate to leave there when the time comes.Definitely the place to go if you have to store something. Bikerbill
This is the 2nd time I've used this storage facility. Returned because of the caring people who run the place....especially Tracy, a friendly and helpful person who asked me the right questions and took a fair amount of her time with me to make sure I didn't rent a unit that was too large or too small. How rare is that....when someone who has something to sell REALLY cares that you get the product that is right for you....??? The facility is always clean, cheerful, and professionally run. And "Security" storage is actually more secure than any of the others I've seen in Santa Rosa. Staff lives on site, as an extra security measure. If you care about the stuff you store, this is the place to store your stuff.
Terri is amazing, she is so helpful and actually cares about the customers and you can tell just about people in general. She is always finding ways to help and make things work rather than explaining what she "can't do" or "isn't allowed" to do. It is so rare to find someone in customer service with actual "customer service skills." Also she is genuine and has brightened my day a few times. She is not afraid to laugh and joke around with customers but still is capable of knowing how to act professional. Thank you Terrt for uour help and a hood laugh or two. She is the kind of employee businesses should want to hire and have working for them.
From the time I walked in the door at Security Public Storage, on Hopper Ave in Santa Rosa, there was a friendly ambiance of knowledge and professionalism. I have been using Security Public Storage for four years now, Tracy and Terry have always been courteous, helpful, and professional. I enjoy going in and chatting with them while I wait for my receipt. They go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied. I have had the occasion to use several storage businesses over the years. I have dealt with managers and office personnel in Vallejo, Petaluma, Santa Rosa, and once for a short time in the East Bay. I have seldom met such friendly, helpful managers as I have found here at Security Public Storage in both Terry and her sister Tracy. Besides the excellent customer service, the property itself is very clean and secure. The easy access to the 101 freeway is also a plus. If you are looking for a good storage experience, I suggest you will have no trouble finding it here!
I highly recommend Security Public Storage to anyone looking for a awesome storage company. First of all it is extremely well taken care of and the grounds are always clean and well kept. But what sold me was the customer service. Terry and Traci, the two wonderful ladies that manage the office, are very friendly and go the extra mile. They are extremely professional and I look forward to seeing them every month. I don't send in my payment or pay online just so I can go in and say Hello to them. I moved to Santa Rosa recently. Terry was friendly, kind and professional as was one other person who I dealt with when paying my bill last month. The unit was secure, clean and dry. The grounds are well kept with many personal touches that make it the most welcoming experience I have ever had when placing my things in storage. I was lucky to secure a space at Security Public Storage as they seem to run very full. It seems as though attention to detail and great customer service make a huge difference in the turn over of units at this business.
You have to use this place it's the best. Not only are the grounds clean it's so friendly. Birds in the fountain with the little rubber ducks just makes you smile when you drive in to your unit. Judith & Tracy are so nice and willing to help in anyway they can, I feel like family eachtime I stop by. This is my second stay with them, I had a unit about 5 years ago and now here I am back again nother's changed they are just as wonderful as before. I wouln't go any where else. I came here in a Crunch because I was moving unexpectedly and had little time. Basically they had the size I needed available. I could have moved to another facility closer to me since but I just love the management here. The ladies are literally the nicest people! They treat you like family and are so considerate. They keep the place looking great. It doesn't seem like a dead abandoned row of garages like other facilities. Storage units are clean and premises as well. Truly the only bill I enjoy going in to pay!
