Wow. Often it seems when making a large purchase such as a car or motorcycle it can be an overwhelming process with all the paperwork, credit checks, sales men, etc. I can truly say that buying my new bike from this dealership was the smoothest, most painless comfortable process I've experienced when buying a bike. Everyone from the front counter girl to the manager Chris were very helpful in the process. I was even able to order a new set of handlebars and risers to better fit me from the parts counter I believe Tony was the gentlemen that helped me along with that. Can't wait to log some miles on my new bike!

While on a 19 day trip of a lifetime touring the Southwest on April 27th, 2016, the warning lights on the dash of my 2012 HD Street Glide came on indicating a problem with my charging system. My voltmeter was showing only 10 volts so I knew I had to get to a Harley dealer soon or the bike would be done. I pulled into Santa Maria Harley and spoke with James at the service desk who got my bike in right away and determined it was my regulator. James, Chris, and Dennis got the part replaced, charged my battery back up, and tested the battery to make sure it would hold a charge for my return trip to MN. I even told them flat out that if there was any doubt in their minds about the battery I would buy a new one. They could have easily sold me a new battery, but they assured me my battery was fine. Heck, they even washed my bike for me and got me back on the road in about 2 hours.

Over the years I have bought several Harley-Davidson's from Santa Maria Harley-Davidson. I have had nothing but great experiences that is why I keep coming back! The parts guys are always eager to help me out and even know my name. The general manager is very knowledgeable. I've seen him helping people with sales and parts. It's very unusual to see a GM get out from behind a desk anywhere else.

This is my new place for taking my Honda cruiser to have it worked on. I was bummed the one Saturday I took it there for a valve adjustment. They got it done in a timely manner, but when I rode it home, my bike was dripping oil and it was burning and smoking on my pipes. I got it home and called them up to tell them the deal. I talked to Chris the general manager and he immediately had their driver in route to pick up my bike from my house. The driver came and picked it up, they checked it out--determined it was a pinched O-ring and kept it to work on it the next business days. I was freaking out because my bike is my commuter--the guys there hooked me up with a 2013 Harley Soft Tail Heritage. I got to ride this awesome bike the week they were working on my bike to get the problem fixed and clean up the mess that was on it from the oil.

five stars for sure! was on a road trip last week, and noticed my rear tire was getting down to the wear bars on my ultra classic. Was at the dealership when they opened on Tuesday, GM chris backs explained that they had a lot of motorcycles ahead of me but they would see what they could do. 15 minutes later they were wheeling my bike back into the shop, and another hour later returned it out front, with the new tire and and an unasked for but greatly appreciated wash job. Price for the tire and labor to install was fair, and appreciated the time that chris spent going over the old motorcycles that were in their collection on the showroom floor. I can highly recommend them.

Had a shift lever problem on my 2016 Road Glide Ultra during our Desert Motorcycle Riders Central coast club ride. The service staff @ SM HD was first class. They got a wrench on it as soon as I arrived and had me back on the road in a jiffy! They even washed it and debugged my windshield. Appreciate the outstanding service and courtesy.

I just bought a new HD today. I dreaded the "process". To my great surprise I found the "process" very easy. Keith M. was a real professional, no pressure, no BS. I used to own an aircraft dealership and I know how a deal is supposed to go. I spent a couple of weeks researching market values, dealer cost and markups and what I felt I needed as an "out the door" cost. I feel like we were both happy with the end result. I highly recommend this dealership , and Keith, if you are looking for a new Harley Davidson.

The service I received from the folks at Harley Davidson was hands down bar none top notch. The staff was customer centric, providing knowledgeable input to all my inquiries. Fast service, booked a few days in advance was in and out in a couple of hours exactly like I was told. Best part, my bike went in dirty, came out spotless obvious to me they washed it. Donuts, coffee, television, comfortable sofas and old time pieces served to be great amenities to help pass the time. I highly recommend Harley Davidson of Santa Maria.
