The job was done in a timely manner and the work area was left reasonably clean. Since then, at least seven phone calls and messages over a period of about a month have failed to get someone to come out and fix several of their plantings that were poorly done. The plants were installed with their root balls above ground and are not anchored well, so that they lean away from the wind. A supervisor did come out about two weeks ago and promised to have someone do the repairs the next day, but no one showed.
