Left high and dry, despite a reservation

We have had one heck of a day! Our flight was cancelled and we could only get to an airport 1.5 hours from our original airport (and our car!). Before we got on our flight, we called this company and were given very clear information and a very clear price. We comfirmed our reservation with a rep named Amanda, for 8pm at $44 each. We arrived to the airport, ready to take the shuttle. Mark, the owner, said that we were given incorrect info and that despite the fact that we made a reservation, he had no liability to honor our reservation. He basically left us high and dry. Another shuttle company was operating but would only drop us at a nearby hotel, not at our car, in a blizzard. Thank god the other company was willing to help us at all, but shame on Mark for leaving customers high and dry and breaking reservations . Just because you haven't trained your staff enough doesn't mean you should cancel reservations in the middle of the night, in the middle of a snow storm.

Had a good ride with Road Runner. The (handsome) driver drove safe, despite the awful Albuquerque traffic. Great convo, all the way to Santa Fe. I would recommend Road Runner to all new visitors to NM and Santa Fe. I've taken Sandia twice, and when I didn't tip the driver, he got upset and told me to walk next time. Road Runner was different, I have taken 4 times since, so once I tested them and didn't tip them. The (handsome) driver gave me a RR business card and said to call us on your return and to enjoy my stay. (with a smile); he even carried my bags up the steps at El Dorado Hotel. No hesitation at all. How professional was that, I was overwhelmed. That is why I am taken Road Runner on my trips. And I will always tip. THANK YOU ROAD RUNNER!!!

There are 3 shuttles service, when you get to Albuquerque Airport; going to Santa Fe. Sandia, twin hearts and road runner. Sandia is rude and pricey, twin hearts i took and i think the driver smell of alcohol and he missed my drop off and he said said he couldnt turn around, so i had to walk to my hotel. I now take road runner, you just have to call ahead, unless they are thier booth. Very reliable, honest, trustworty, great company and very knowledgeable about the Santa Fe area. I would advice you to take road runner.

Great services, very reliable. Been taking them for the last 3 years. Unlike other shuttles where you have to wait and then have to take a taxi, when you get to Santa Fe. RoadRunner took me straight to my house, and at a good price.

Do not use Roadrunner Shuttle if there is any chance your plane is late. I made a reservation to be taken from the ABQ airport to Glorieta, being sure to give them my flight number. My plane was late [not my fault] and when I arrived, the shuttle was not there. Upon calling them, I was informed that the driver waited and when I did not show up, he left. I asked him he was just going to leave me stuck at the airport, and to my amazement, he said, "Yes." What a nightmare for me -- it was night, I had never been to New Mexico, rented a car and was left on my own. So--be forewarned: this is not the typical shuttle company where customer service is important. The driver will not take it upon himself to check the flight arrival time. You may end up stuck, too!
