I paid him to replace the zippers on my combat boots, he called me in to pick up my boots and then dismissed me saying ''they weren't ready'' on three separate occasions, and on the fourth time when my boots were actually given back, I found the zippers didn't work! I asked him to fix it (like I had paid him to in the first place) but he refused. Waste of money, waste of time. The guy is a crook!

There are two things you need ...

There are two things you need in life: a good dentist and a good shoe repairman. I'm fortunate to have both in Santa Fe. Jacob is an artist within his craft, fair and reasonable and he made my shoes (four pair) like new again. I've lived all over the country and he's the best I've ever found. He goes to lunch from 1pm to 2 pm (smart) so catch him before and after.

Great Work

Jacob did a great job putting zip soles on a pair of flats. He gives a discount if you pay when you drop off. This is one of the better shoe repair shops.

Simply the best!

The owner and employees at this shop have obviously been doing shoe repair for many years and definately know what they're doing. I had a really good pair of tennis shoes that were too wide for me. They suggested a fix that worked perfectly.

Great repair, great price.

I needed my doggy bag altered and this was the only place I could find that would do it. He did a great job, had it done in a week and it was oh so cheap! Altered everything exactly as I asked. He charges less if you prepay as well.
