About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

They treat employees poorly. Their tips go straight into the managers pocket. The pool is broken and I was charged for having my dog swim when there was no possible way he could have. The manager has a serious attitude problem. I attempted to complain to the owner but it was the managers mother. Mickey had absolutely no interest in addressing my concern. I wasted money for him to swim when he didn't. Barry attempted to force me to buy more stuff. I will never go back.

Santa Fe Tails, at the very least, practices deceptive advertising and TAIL-telling. We were charged almost TRIPLE what was verbally quoted at their reception desk and what is listed on their RATES page. What’s worse, our young dog returned home with a bad case of diarrhea - leading us to question what happened while our dog was OFF CAMERA. When I picked up my son's dog (Wed, December 31, 2014) they handed me an empty bag of puppy food and a chewed up bone. I asked if there was a dog bed or blanket and was told they supply the bedding. With that response, I then asked where (specifically) did our dog sleep. They answered, "One of the suites." I continued questioning and mentioned that I had diligently watched the video feeds and never saw our dog in Suite 1 or 2 (the two listed as Channel 7 & 8 in their webcam). In fact, I described the two dogs in Suite 1 and an EMPTY Suite 2 (no dogs, no beds). She then explained he stayed in another suite - one that is not listed and does not have a video camera. She changed topics to make me aware that there was a balance due and asked if I knew how this would be paid – I said it wouldn’t be appropriate to speak for my son who was paying the bill. After leaving, I learned that my son paid the amount that was quoted, but was disputing the remainder - THREE TIMES what was verbally quoted. When the bill was questioned, Santa Fe Tails explained that we were charged at their RESORT rates. The explanation was sounding like a “bait and switch” tactic. As soon as I returned home, I did a Google search for Santa Fe Tails – the Google search resulted in direct links to their website including WEBCAMS, Rates, Daycare, Classes, About Us, and Dog Academy. Next, I did what I expect most people would do: clicked on the RATES link where a full day rate and a 10-day package. The 10-day package was the rate that was verbally quoted and it made sense (inline with going rates of other boarding services in Santa Fe).In an effort to understand how they came to this invoice that is TRIPLE the quoted rate, I continue to read the RATES page. Nowhere does it use the term “boarding.” Nowhere does it direct you to other rates.Recalling the “resort” term, I then see there is a RESORT tab on the website. Ah, ha. Here we go. Although they NEVER use the common term, “boarding,” there is luxury-boarding service that they refer to as their RESORT that includes . . . what? A walk on a trail and 24-hour webcam? Really?Never was I able to see where my young dog slept while at Santa Fe Tails. I’m still confused and very unsure of what happens and where the dogs go when the lights go out!Santa Fe Tails in the business of TELLING TAILS. Apparently, they don’t offer “dog boarding” – just some luxurious, magical, mythical place called the RESORT where you’ll get a bill TRIPLE bill and a dog with diarrhea.(Update, it looks like they changed their website today - the RESORT tab is now BOARDING.)

Zero stars.WARNING: "Country Boarding Kennel" is the one that didn't feed or clean my friends dog for a week. He was happy and healthy when she dropped him off. Vet found it covered in maggots and no food in its stomach. It died of septicemia 24 hours after she picked him up. Original owner no longer there. No animal lovers there. Untrained workers neglected dog to death. Heartbroken owner. Don't leave your puppy at deaths door.

I've taken my dog to stay the night twice here , and definitely plan to take him to stay over Thanksgiving too . The staff is AMAZING and made sure my dog was put with dogs that he got along with & had the same energy level so he came home exhausted from playing with his new friends . I'm extremely protective over my dog and this is really the only place I would trust to leave him . They also take your dog on walks or to the dog park if you'd like , but I opted to letting him stay there & play since his stay was short this time around . Definitely recommend this place for anyone with pets , even if it's just for the day to give them a chance to play. Dogs love it!

The wonderful people who run Canine Social Club love dogs, and the care comes from that place of loving kindness. My mother and I have brought our dogs here for more than a decade and are so appreciative of this "home away from home" for our loved ones.

Bringing my dog to Canine Social Club is equivalent to dropping him off at the Decathlon of Dog Love. I have to say goodbye to him before we leave the house because once we arrive it's like dropping your 15 year old off at summer camp......they're gone! When I return to pick him up I know he is exhausted and content from happy socializing and exercise. No better money spent for the happiness of my doggie.

I have been taking my dog to Santa Fe tails for more than 4 years, I now have another and they both go. I also board them there. I have be to the at her day cares in town, this by far is the safest. They have a full staff that ar trained and great with dogs... I have had "incidents" at the other day cares, Rex has come home with a slash in his shoulder, they said" he tried to take a bone from another dog" first that was not the truth, they made it up.(a employee told me) Second why would they have bones at daycare? The workers at Tails have eyes in the back of their heads they know all the behaviors of dogs... It is very clean. Boarding is very reliable, they are on a schedule, they do what you need. The dogs get excersize, a tired dog is a happy dog. The owners are top notch dog trainers.... I trust only Santa Fe tails with my babies....
