Purchased a really nice vehicle at this place after hesitating over a couple of different models. There is no hard sell here, which is refreshing--it's basically up to the buyer to pursue the vehicle if they want it. I ended up getting two cars inspected by outside sources (the dealership), and settling on one that I went forward with. This place was voted #1 by the Santa Fe Reporter in 2015, and it can get very busy (to the point where it is hard getting Tim, the owner's attention, when there is a lot going on). It's also worth noting that there is a large turnover here, with a wide variety of vehicles showing up all the time. It's worth checking frequently, or even asking Tim if he can pull in a particular model. All in all, a great place to check out when in the market for a used car...

After going through the run around with disappointing Albuquerque “superstores” I found my way to Beaver Toyota of Santa Fe where I was very pleased. First off, there was no pressure to buy, in fact they made it fun. I test drove every vehicle I wanted to try out until I found the car I was most comfortable in. I never once felt awkward. The friendly sales representative sat down with me and was very clear about what was going on, no oddball sale tactics. They quickly gained my trust and I would recommend anyone who wants an enjoyable car buying experience to go see them.
My growing family and I needed a bigger car and knew that we were very interested in the CX-9. When we first arrived on the lot, we were given a couple of minutes to browse before we were approached (which I definitely prefer over someone scrambling to get to us just for a 'sale'). Then when the salesman greeted us we told him which car we were interested in, and he gave us all of the info. we needed to make a buying decision. Everything went GREAT! Paperwork was not too long and we were on our way home within a couple of hours.
The sales rep went out of his way to deliver the car during bad weather and made the overall sale a smooth transaction. After having a bad experience with the local sales representative at the Albuquerque dealership we decided to go to Santa Fe to purchase a 2011 S60 T6. We are so glad we made the trip.
There are some great folks at this dealership. Jamie and Lysette and Mel are great to deal with. I have not had to finance a car since the 80's and they made it simple and easy. I appreciate not being treated like a sales number. I have mentioned them to dozens of people and will continue to do so.
My experience was a direct opposite of previous poster. While traveling my Denali XL developed a braking problem. Eric at Sierra diagnosed and corrected the problem promptly and my cost was minimal (min labor charge for 1 hour service). I would recommend this dealership's service department.
The salesmen that I worked with were perfect. They made my car buying experience very easy and positive. I'm not as young as I used to be, and they were very understanding and patient with me when I wanted to take my time to make my decision. Thanks guys!
Taking the time to listen to our needs (Mel & Jonathan) have shown us their sincerity. My family has purchased three previously owned vehicles from this dealership, each and every time we are greeted with friendliness and courtesy.
Jamie, and the rest of the staff for that matter, have great customer service skills and can really help you get a great car for a good deal. I bought a new Mazda5 here and I could not be happier with the entire experience.
Worked with Tim to purchase a new Subaru Forester. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. Overall the process was painless. I would certainly purchase from Great Little Cars again.
