Don't hire Paramount Surveys. Our title company obtain 4 bids for a boundary survey for a home we are purchasing in Santa Fe. Paul's bid was the lowest but also stated he could have it done the quickest of the 4 bids. This was the most appealing item of his bid. Now we know better - he likely has very little business because of his unprofessionalism. He called our Title company while performing the survey and stated he had to charge another $500 because of two extra buildings on the property. WTF? It's readily known that surveyors utilize Google Earth and other online sources to review a property prior to submitting a bid. He had this information but did the con man special of a 'bait and switch' - offer a low upfront bid and then increase the price later when the matter is time sensitive. We tried calling him for an explanation and were met with rude, ranting, unprofessional comments. This guy is a con made. Our title company has removed him their surveyor list.
