        Expensive, Poor Care

        I brought my pet mice to VCA, was poorly received, charged upwards of $100 for the visit, and was told I had to wait over a week for them to "make" a common mite pesticide, then charged around $30 for .3cc of the medicine, which ended up not working, as my mouse's condition had rapidly progressed to a fatal one. Disgusted, I took my remaining mouse to a vet in my hometown, who charged $40 total for an in-depth assessment and two kinds of medicine - one of which was three doses of the mite pesticide VCA had to "make".



        I don't know how the proprietors expect to continue this kind of gouging service and stay in business, but I would strongly recommend seeking medical care for your pets elsewhere.

        Only vet I trust

        I live in Fremont but take my dog and cats to see DR. VICK for everything; I wouldn't trust them with another vet. The staff is very friendly, and genuinely LOVE animals. They're full of great information about everything from recommending pet-sitters to what do when you've found a stray. They also have grooming services available including this water therapy thing (?). The groomer is AWESOME! She does a great job, the cost is very reasonable and you can be sure that your pet will be well taken care of.
