        Overall

        I took my 8 month old puppy here to be groomed. He had been groomed several times before. When I got him home he immediately showed signs of trauma. He did not recognize me, he was very confused. Mostly he was terrified and ran in corners and hid and cried and shook like crazy. My vet deducted that he had been hit in the face very hard. She called the store to let them know, and also tell them she was sending the bill. I have not received an apology , and the groomer is still employed. Puppy is doing a bit worse, may need and MRI. Please, do not support this store in any way. My puppy may have permanent neurological damage.
