        Overall

        Today I went for my 20 minute consultation and sat there in the office for 50 minutes before I just decided to leave. I asked the receptionist why I was made to wait so long for just a quick consultation. She just said sorry she has patients booked that she was involved with. "Well, thanks for letting me know it would be over an hour, please cancel my appointment" I felt this was very unprofessional and not the best first Impression. Also the office/waiting area is old, gloomy and not very appealing. Quick to scratch this one off my list.
