Mike, the person in charge called me a liar from the beginning. Mike did not greet me with 'hello' or 'hi' or any other correct way of greeting a customer. No, Mike thought that an insult was more appropriate. Things that went wrong:1. I decided to buy soccer goods at Dick's. Poor quality and even poorer selection.2. Cashier falsified the transaction when he inputed the bar code for a similar ball with a similar price.3. Mike....enough said!4. Poor or lack of customer service training.5. Calling a customer a liar, especially when there is proof of purchase.6. Losing a customer over a $25 purchase.7. Mike...enough said!Never again will I waste time, money or energy going this store for anything. You can thank Mike for this.
