Service from JJ Vandongen was very personal and relaxed as always. They provided a loaner car, and finished the service far ahead of schedule. In addition, JJ looked the entire car over with his critical eye and the help of a service tech and identified a couple of areas that might need attention in the future - a great way to make sure I stay ahead of the curve with my beloved CTS-V!

Contacted Internet Sales Paul Kim stated what we were looking for 2016 Acura ILX Prem A Spec package and given an excellent sale price. We already were pre-approved via our Credit Union and Acura was able to beat the APR % and approve us with a better deal. Set a date for time of pick up since we previously did the research and test drive didn't need to go over all that again. We were in and out after signing the paper work. Paul is great to work with and answered all our questions.Our daughter is very pleased with her new car.
Took our 2012 CTS in for service, oil change. We dropped off the car the night before and the next morning about 11am Tom called to tell me I could pick car up in 30 minutes. When I picked up my car Tom answered all my questions and gave me some additional info that I did not know. Thanks for the great service Tom.

I felt like he was engaged and listened to me, with a clear desire to ensure that the needs of the customer were met. He was very helpful in describing the pricing of the vehicle and the incentives offered by GM. After purchasing the car, I left the dealership feeling like I got an amazing deal and that everyone cared about the positive outcome of my experience.
