Outstanding service, highly recommended.I bought a custom blank for my motorcycle (a key blank with a "dagger" handle--a novelty item) and took it to several local places. Everyone I talked to was unwilling to try cutting the blank. Too afraid of getting stuck with the cost when they screwed it up, I guess. Schwenk's locksmith was reluctant, but willing to be persuaded. He cut the blank right the first time, for a very reasonable price. The two older gentlemen behind the counter were very friendly and just really nice guys.I would return to Schwenk in a heartbeat for any lock or key service I might need. Just when I was thinking that the sort of small-town, friendly customer service I remember as a kid was gone, they renewed my faith.
