Something is wrong here....

Not sure what the issue is at this place but the employees could care less about ""customers"". They may have the biggest D-bag working behind the counter that I have ever met, the epitamy of smug/pretensious and appeared to take pleasure in speaking down to us. Was treated very poorly and recommend avoiding this place.

Why the staff may come off rude...read

What the general public doesn't understand is that a lot of the people that come to ranges are less than educated in the proper and safe handling of firearms. I have worked at a shooting range before, i assume anyone that comes to my range knows absolutely nothing. I know i came off rude to the customers because i assumed that they were going to do something stupid (which they did most of the time). Respect these guys, its not exactly a stress free job. As for there classes, while they may be expensive the guy doing the training is an excellent teacher, i would definitely recommend him.

Unbelievably rude and insulting!

Let me start by saying that visiting Reed's Indoor Range was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life.
My father, brother and I arrived there on Sunday (March 22, 2006) and were asked to fill the papers. After we were done, one of the workers asked my father one question about the form my father just signed and he could not answer (English is not his mother tongue). At this point the employee torn the form my father just filled in front of us and told us that we would not be allowed to shoot. After I started asking what happened, another employee told me (quote): You are going to get out of here right now, how about that?
We all are deeply insulted. We did not deserve it. We spoke politely from the beginning to the end of the whole incident.
