About Search Results

YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

Paper thin update - services still lacking

First off, this place lost the reservation for one of our co-workers when we all showed up to stay there on a business trip. Even though he had booked well in advance and had the booking confirmation printout, they could barely be bothered to find him a room (and it was a smoking room). They wouldn't promise to have a room for him for the second night, leaving him literally out in the cold. The whole transaction was less than professional. It sounds like they overbooked the hotel and were hoping that not everyone would show up.Then there's the amenities. The common areas have recently been updated. Small, but not unpleasant. The hallways, though - boy, those look like an old sleazy hotel. The vending machines were also out of order. The rooms had been recently renovated and looked fairly nice. But on closer inspection, the materials are pretty cheap - the couch was uncomfortable and the mattress was hard as a rock. But overall, not bad. But no wi-fi?? In Silicon Valley?? And even though our corporation's rate included free Internet, they tried to charge us to connect via LAN. Then there was the maid who showed up at my front door at 7:45 am, asking me when I was leaving. She looked impatient. I hadn't had breakfast yet. Standoff. The breakfast - ech. Pretty low end. Not much variety, and not very tasty. Disappointing.Overall, I'd have to say that I won't be staying here again on future business trips up to our Silicon Valley office.

I recently made my first vist to David's Restaurant, and I cannot say enough about the Great food and the excellent service.I had heard from a friend how excellent their banquet service is, and now I can testify the same about the restaurant.Visit David's for lunch or dinner, or let them plan you next special event.
