DISHONEST store!!!I came to the store for Christmas' antlers this morning (December 16, 2017). As I was not sure which antlers my two daughters would like best, I bought some to bring home for them to choose. Unfortunately, my kids only liked one. Just about 1 HOUR AFTER THE PURCHASE, I went back to the store to return the ones they did not like. However, the store clerk REFUSED TO DO A REFUND / RETURN and said that the antlers are final sale items. When I paid for the antlers,  the STORE CLERK DIDN'T TELL me about the final sale.  Also, THERE WAS NO SIGN in the store mentioned the final sale, and  THE RECEIPT DIDN'T SAY about the final sale either. Although the amount of the receipt was not much, and it may not be worth it to spend time writing/posting this review, I FELT BEING CHEATED and DISRESPECTED by the store for not being honest with their customers and want to let everyone else know. I've come here a couple of times, but NO MORE, CLAIRE!!!
Although they didn't have the purse I wanted available, the staff made phone calls to try to locate one. I ended up with an umbrella. I love it.
Took them more than 6 weeks just to repair the leather pull on my speedy. When I came to picked it up, the button wasn't in the right place. I have wait again another 4 weeks.
I will not go to this store again, and I would not recommend this store to any of my friends. The staffs in the store are not well trained, especially one Filipino lady talked very impolite to customers although she pretended to be kind. Replies to my questions were totally unclear, and too much pushing. Not sure they are selling high end bags or organic vegetable. All bags are made in USA. I feel the LV store in Stanford Shopping Center is better, at least the staffs there are more professional. Also, you never get a rely from the store not matter how many times you call and how many messages you left. Very bad store and service!
