        Overall

        Do not waste your time with this company. We called early in the morning and were told someone would call us. In about 10 minutes we were contacted and told the Plumber would arrive in an hour. An hour and forty five minutes later we received another call, from another Plumber saying that the first one was busy and he would be at our house in an hour and a half. Three hours later I called the contact number again and asked what was happening. The person who answered the phone said he would get back to me. In about 20 minutes he called back and said that it would be several hours more before anyone could get to us. Perhaps it might be the next day.

        When we said not to bother coming, they said "no problem"....I think they have a huge problem. We found them in SBaxxess.com
