Alice was extremely helpful to me. She is conscientous and thorough and was always willing to answer my questions and help me in any way she could. I guess she is knowledgeable but is too expensive if you ask me. She spent far too much time talking rather than inspecting the items. In addition, her associate spent a lot of time taking innumerable pictures that seemed to have little purpose. I would not use again.
