They clean your coat, but leave stains on your belt. Then, you ask them to please re-do the belt and they put stain stickers on it and you come back to find the coat had been re-cleaned and the belt is still there with the original stain stickers on it. Then, you just leave the belt and they finally clean the belt. Communication skills "ZERO." There is one girl behind the counter who is intelligent and the rest are completely incompetent. For all of the inconvenience that I suffered, as well as their incompetence, I should have just paid full price somewhere else. Also, their leather man is no good... He took the color out of my Ralph Lauren twill and suede riding pants. No compensation was offered to me. On another Ralph Lauren sweater jacket, with soft leather front, he put his dirty fingerprint on the collar. I asked several times for the manager to call me about this, but no one ever called. When I came in to speak with the manager, the woman's response was, "You are the only person who complains." That response is unacceptable. They do such poor work (leaving stains on your clothes) that I am certain other people must ask them to re-do such shoddy work. Shame on them. More time went by and I asked if the leather cleaner would remove his dirty finger print at least. I was told that the owner, Helen Ko, would speak with me... However, I needed to come back. I came back this morning and Helen (who speaks very little English) first denied the shoddy work by saying how long they had been working with their leather person. That does not concern me. What concerns me is that he left his dirty finger print on my leather collar. Then Helen became indigent (because I was logical and made sense). I have been calling around and I have another place that will clean it. When I think of all the business I gave this dry cleaner, I am amazed at the attitude. The nature of dry cleaning is to care for a client's clothing, not destroy a client's clothing.
Hello,I've just moved to the Mesa,I usually would drive by ur landrymat.. I came in, it was about 9:00pm, & I have to tell you THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HIRING TAMMY!! She was upbeat, sweet lady!!even when its late at nite,I LOVE IT HERE, I honestly would hate doing Landry... now i don't mind at all, it's so nice and clean.. THANK YOU FOR THE WI-FI. TOO.,,,.... Respectfully Theresa Calles
I picked up my $900.00, wine red, silk velvet, formal dress (the one that Norvell Bass ruined... they had spot cleaned it, leaving stains where there were no stains and ruined the nap) from Martinizing (just a 2 minute walk down the way). Martinizing was able to save this gorgeous dress! Wow! I then took it back to Norvell Bass (to the manager Sergio) and showed him that Martinizing was able to correct all of the damages his spot cleaner had made to it. But, what Martinizing went through to fix the dress is above and beyond amazing (they wet cleaned the dress, air dried it, and then hand steamed it and brushed the nap). The manager of Martinizing said that you never, ever spot clean velvet (that process stains velvet) and you never, ever put velvet thorough a machine (machines destroy the nap). You would think that the manager of Norvell Bass would know as much as the manager of Martinizing... no. Sergio was a HUGE JERK and didn't apologize. This is a HUGE example of a person STUBBORN IN HIS OWN IGNORANCE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO MARTINIZING. Norvell Bass was not worth all of the aggravation. They cannot be trusted with beautiful clothes and their attitude is completely insulting.
This is the second dry cleaners we have used in Santa Barbara using the axxess card. For the same amount of clothing we were charged $67 at the first. This dry cleaners charged us $99. Way too expensive. We will not be back and recommend you go elsewhere as well.
Very friendly, fast turnaround, they even replaced a missing button on my shirt without my even asking. Convenient location for me on the Mesa, too. Would recommend.
The work of this company is excellent. Concepcion is friendly and professional, would definitely hire them again.
Nearly a month ago, I called Eco Carpet Cleaning for an estimate on a floor waxing that needed to take place at our school immediately. The owner Concepcion Lazaro responded promptly and professionally. His estimate was also incredibly affordable in comparison to 3 other local companies. Concepcion went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that floor was stripped, waxed, and sealed properly before the students arrived. The first week, everyone tip-toed into the halls due to the amazing shiny floors. The floor was so clean that they thought it was still wet. I could not believe the difference. It has been several weeks now and the floors are still lovely. I recommend not cutting corners and waxing and sealing with several coats if it is recommended by the expert. It may cost a little more but saves the floor and cleaning in the future. If you have been researching companies for floor waxing - STOP! Eco Carpet Cleaning in Santa Barbara is your solution. He also offers many other janitorial and cleaning services. Concepcion's floor waxing was so impressive that he has been recruited to clean our auditorium after events and is also filling in for our janitorial service at school. The only regret I have is not having found him sooner. I highly recommend this company for any residential or larger business cleaning services.
The best service in town, My family and I have been relying on Eco carpet cleaning services for our homes. The best work in town never miss a spot, our carpets are as clean as can be and dry with in an hour never left with soggy wet carpets, I highly recommend Eco Carpet Cleaning for their quality of work, and environmental friendly products. Would never rely on anyone else to get the job done. Thanks Concepcion for always delivering the best service.
Concepcion has been cleaning my carpets for 8 years. He always does a great job. I would not even consider calling a different company. I highly recommend this company for their quality of work, excellent value, and environmentally friendly products.
We have been going to this laundromat for several years, never had a problem. However in the recent months there has been a dramatic decline. At least 1/3 to 1/2 of the machines are non-operational at any given time, the doors on several dryers do not close, one of 2 change machines is non-operational, the vending machine for soap/etc is often empty, and the general condition of the place is just dreary and dirty looking. What finally prompted me to write a review is the recent horrible decline in customer service. All I expect from a laundromat is someone POLITE on site in case there is a problem, other than that its all self serve (as is expected.) However, Mesa Laudromat cannot even manage THAT anymore. The employee I encountered today actually removed my laundry from the dryer (STILL WET) while I was in the restroom, because she wanted to let her FRIEND use the dryer (her excuse being that I apparently "had left".) I also found several of my still wet socks on the floor and that she had MOVED another load of my still wet laundry to a different dryer (NO idea why!) I told her she had no right to do that and she began telling her friend what an idiot I was in SPANISH right in front of me. Another customer standing by who spoke fluent Spanish came to my defense and told her she was giving very poor service and was unprofessional, and the employee told him to leave and not come back (so he left angry as well.) Long story short, I will never be going back to Mesa Laundromat, there are MANY laundromats in Santa Barbara, don't waste your time or money in this one, it probably won't be open much longer anyway.
