I've had the great privilege of dining in some very fine restaurants in different parts of the world, and this one is clearly one of the best. Be aware it IS expensive, but I'd recommend doing as I do; "setting my pennies aside"(a number of 'em) to enjoy the great pleasure of dining here. It is one classy place!!

Great food, okay service ( for as busy as it was, Sunday morning)... the restaurant is a bit small, so if you're seated by the door, expect people to hover over you while you eat as there is not much space for waiting. Parking is mainly along state and mission st... overall food was great and prices were reasonable! Would definitely go back :)
If you are into sandwiches, this is a spot to try. They make their own honey mustard, which was on point. Everything tastes fresh. The tomato basil soup was tasty and fresh. It is located right off state street in a walking only alley.
The food was great and reasonably priced for the prime location. What stood out to us though was the friendly and engaging manner of the manager. He went out of his way to interact and make us feel welcome. My only concern is that on a hot day, the A/C was ineffective at climate control. Had we not already planned to take-out, we would not have stayed on premises to eat.
Great food, great service & nice ocean views! Pelicans :)
Bait and Switch (literally) - do not get tricked here!!These guys play tricks with the pricing and the service is very slow. Their menu showed meals for different seafood with chowder or salad, potato or rice etc. to accompany them. Maine Lobster in that section was marked 'Market Price'. I asked how much that was and they said $39.95, which was also displayed outside the restaurant. I tried to order two of these with the chowder, potato etc. They then suddenly informed me that the chowder, potato etc was $10 'extra', even though the menu said it was included....(go figure). In other words the lobster as shown on the menu was really priced at $49.95, even though they told me it was $39.95. When I tried to rectify this with the manager he simply said I should leave. Since I had family there and did not want to be embarrassed we stayed and I ended up paying the $49.95 twice!I guess somehow this is illegal but the manager seemed to be fine doing it. I guess he knows it's tourists most of whom do not come back...Another review on Tripadvisor described the manager not honoring some coupons for drinks when 4 guests had driven 2 hours to get there!!
Great food, great view. My wife and I eat thier every week, but you must experience it for yourselfs. I do recommend the seafood, and a view by the window.
you have got to have the clam chowder thier, and the view is breathtaking. You'd love it. Gotta experiance it for your self.
Love the view, and the food. will be back..
