Love working with this company! They are very quick to respond to your needs in a very professional manner with all parties best interests in mind. Highly recommend you give them a call.
THIS IS GHETTO AGENCY VERY UNPROFESSIONALI recommend everyone who has applied to request your information be returned. Ask for their copies to be given to you, your information on their computers to be erased, and record it all before you do. This is suspicious activity.
Great staffing company! Friendly and helpful staff. They treat your business as there own. 1st Choice Staffing is always looking out for the company's best interest in employee's.
this place is ghetto.if anyone is looking for a good agency to work for, especially like these times when its rough, please dont come here, dont waste your time.the latina girls are rude,(maybe because its ghetto).unless your looking for a quikie with a local ghetto girl, its fine, but if you are a professional and looking for a job, dont waste your time.
Through Alar Staffing I was hired onto a general labor position at the Oakley Headquarters, located in Foothill Ranch. Despite racial comments made by other employees, such as calling me "wedo" rather than using my name to gain my attention, I had no other issues. After 3 months of employment at the headquarters I had to take a week off to recover from a surgical procedure, which would help resolve a life threatening condition. The Alar representative at Oakley gave me two weeks off provided I returned with a doctors note. The next week, I received a call from Alar letting me know I was fired for "failing to complete certain tasks". When I asked if they could specify what those "tasks" were, I failed to receive an answer. Both representatives told me "we don't have that information on file". Because of this, I can no longer gain employment through Alar. I would recommend Alar to any illicit drug user looking for employment, as they don't drug test.
