        Overall

        We really needed landscape and maintenance help. Bill promised he would stop by the house in Santa Ana after lunch some time.



        NO SHOW..



        I realize that things happen, maybe the phone number was lost... But I left two voice messages at 2pm and 4pm WITH the phone number.. NADA.. not even the good business sense of calling.



        I waited til today to complain because I still wanted Bill to have a chance to call. He did not.
