these people are out of business however by calling this number 1888-264-2014 they have taken over and are very pleasant and legit. they had all my info and anytime you want to cancell they will handle

I'm in the same place as a lot of you all. I got a call from this company and once the gave me discount and I paid on my credit card in full. The 30 days go by and I got nothing in the mail. Then I got a call from the security department from my credit card company, stating that someone tried to change some thing on my card and they closed the account and issue me a new card. I told him I used it with this company and I thought he was taking care of it. He was just getting me a new card out. I called them and finally the answered and said they would send some for and I had to sign them, they would take a fax, a few weeks went by and I didn't hear anything from them.I called my credit card company, but the 120 days had gone by for a dispute and the credit card company will not help me. I have wrote and sent them a letter back in Febuary and called and finally talked to someone and fax them the letter. The told it was in the refund department, but I have never gotten anything they but a record, they were busy and would be returned in the order received. I have been trying to get this resolved since August of last year when it took placed. Has anyone else gotten their money back? If so how did you do it? Will getting a lawyer help? They know the VISA rules so they just put me off until the days ran out know the credit company wouldn't help me and I still think it was the person on the phone that got access to my card and tried to change it. I'm also on a similar situation of the others. They said that I can refund within 1 month so I accepted to this. Right after checking the policy, I called back to refund it over and over. Now, they don't even get the call. Please tell me if there is someone who gets refund.

As other guys said I called to Palmer company but they said that they have no information about me. How did you get refund from that? Also, I recently reached to the National car care center customer service guy again and he transfer me to refund department but the only thing I could do was leaving a message. They said I have to wait 72 hours but have you ever got the call from them?

I claimed to Califonia Attorney General about this via online form and they send them a message. Finally, they decided to give me the refund after that. (10 months after my first refund request!!) It only took about 1~2 months from the online claim to the refund check. Many thanks to the reviewer who mentioned about this.

I have tried calling the number below that Ruben listed and gave them all the information I had and they have no record of working for National Car Care Center or my information. I'm not sure how this guy got his refund? But I still have not and I am not rolling over for these thieves.

UPDATE: Today (March 1st 2017) I talked to "Kirk" who has told me a different name before. He said they are working on processing "the end of October 2016's refunds right now" which makes no sense considering I cancelled on October 3rd 2016. He says "his hands are tied, he can not do anything for me" and that "everyone eventually receives their refund but they are behind right now". The refund department is open Monday through Friday 10am to 7pm EST. He said they only process refunds on Thursday and Friday of every week. I still have yet to ever speak to someone in the refunds department (and I call almost on a daily basis). On the voicemail for refunds they claim that refunds are processed in the order that they are received (mmmhmmmm). When I asked Kirk how many people work in the refunds department he said "I'm not sure, I know that there are two asians and a manager down there". This company has gotten very good at lying. When you call to get more information and talk about refunds make sure you get your customer number, amount your refund is supposed to be, date of cancellation, date of purchase of your warranty, and contract number. I'm told that if I ever do get to talk to the refunds department I will need all that information. Please post and update us if anything changes with anyones account or anyone receives a refund. We must update each other and come together to shut this scam of a business down and maybe even someday get our money back!

Also, file claims with the better business bureau, call their local police, file fraud claims with your bank account, post on different review websites, and get an attorney if you can!

UPDATE AGAIN! NEWEST UPDATE!
I have received my money back in full! I filed a claim with all of the places I've listed above and it payed off! My attorney general sent them a letter and THE DAY THEY GOT THE LETTER they overnighted me a check for my full refund. FILE WITH YOUR ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE. You can file online and it doesn't take much time. This was almost a year battle that was just resolved with me finally taking legal steps.

This people are full of sh*t. I canceled my policy about a year ago and still haven't got my refund (which is about $500).
I have been talking to Kirk and Sarah every other day and all they do is transferring me or giving me the direct phone number of the refund department. (You know what happens next...I leave a message and no one is returning the call back).
On my last message to the refund department I told them that If no one return a call in the next weeks I will personally come to their office looking for my money...and I will !!

PLEASE READ! CONTACT PALMER ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES FOR REFUNDS! 1800-599-9557. Do not contact national car care Center they do not have the power to issue refunds, that is a lie. Palmer processed my refund within 2 weeks!

Do not, I repeat do NOT fall for this scam! It took over 3 months for me to get my refund. I dealt with over 3 different employees at National car care and none of them processed my refund or canceled my agreement. I noticed a different number on my pamphlet for Palmer administrative services. Palmer cancelled my agreement and gave me my refund within 1 week.

I copied this message from another person who reviewed this company. I have had EXACTLY THE SAME ENCOUNTER:
THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. When I got the warranty I was told everything was covered basically from front to back. I had a piece that needed to be replaced and was told it wasn't covered, so I cancelled my contract exactly how they told me I should. They then told me it would take three-six weeks. Once the six weeks was up I called in and was told no it take six-eight weeks. Then after the eight I called back and was told " Oh its due to get mailed out next week." This happened three more times after this. Each time I call the same guy answers the phone but will change his name. Now of course all you do is get a recording to leave a message. I have literally called almost everyday and left a message but no one calls me back. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. THEY OWE ME $1000.00 IN REFUND.
My only difference was that a day after my month was up, my Toyota Highlander's air conditioning/heater motor went out. I filed the claim; it took 10 days before someone went to see the vehicle in the shop; I had needed a vehicle, so I rented one, knowing it would take the time allowable for a car rental while mine was in the shop; I was told they

Just like all other reviews on this site. A complete scam. Do not now how these people get away with this without being prosecuted. Will not return my deposit or answer any of my calls for a policy that i cancelled well within the first month guidelines. Do not use these low lifes.

We purchased a extended warranty from this company for $2129. NCCC drafted the full amount from my bank account with my permission. I traded my vehicle and realized I didn't need this warranty anymore. I did everything NCCC asked including the certified request to terminate our policy. They have failed to meet their own standards and haven't even tried to be true to their word. Please read your initial contract and your state guidelines for your not so unique situation. I'm sure everyone will agree with my conclusion that they are thiefs. They are committing a crime even though many people aren't realizing this. Theft by deception, is illegal!!! This company is literally avoiding phone calls and emails. As if ignoring the problem will make it disappear or something. I'm going to contact the police department where their headquarters are and an Attorney in my state. I'm finished with these people at this point. The company CEO and employees should all be ashamed to even be affiliated with NCCC. I will post online the result from the police department and the name of my Attorney by this Friday, January 12th. Hopefully we can stop this company from stealing money from anyone else in the future.

I read all the comments of trying to get a refund..this is the same thing I am going through. I sent my cancellation letter, as they requested....sent it certified, so I had a signature. Yep...same thing as everyone else, no refund yet. Maybe I will contact channel 4, as this appears to be a con service! Yep, think I need to do that...

Icancelled my policy on oct 4th 2016 and they told meit would take six weeks innov.i called back and bruce said that i should received my refound just before thanksgiving.icalled back and nick told me that they would send out the refound checkon friday. iwaited for a week and still no check. i called backand talked to nicol and she said that they would send it by fedex and to call back for the conf. number. Icalled back andd all i get is a recording. i left me name and telephone number and i still have not recive and answeer from them.

I cancelled my coverage on 1/012/2016 and called over 5 times and was told that my refund would be processed on Thursday each time. On 12/22/16 I was told by a Nicole that a check went out on 12/16/16, and that they would have to re-issue one on 12/27/16. Well I've tried calling just to get a message to leave a message, but the mailbox was full. I've already filed a claim with the BBB, today I got an email stating that they have not responded and will try a 2nd time to resolve the issue. I'm calling a lawyer today and attempting to call Adam Marino, the CEO of this company.

I canceled my coverage with national car care October and it's almost 2months and every time I called they said they miles a check out I hvnt received anything yet I'm going to sue these people for fraud n all the stress I'm going thru a divorce n this added stress is waking me dwn they gave me problems wen I needed to fix my car telling wats covered n wats not covered I have been faithfully in paying every month n now I am hving problems receding bck my money I'm going to get a lawyer n sue the shtick our of them.

This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. I cancelled my coverage with them before it actually started (within the three business day time frame to cancel and get a complete refund. It has been literally 3 months now that I have been waiting. Every time I call there I get a different story. If this is how they process refunds, God only knows how they would process a claim. Whatever you do, don't give these people any of your money. They are scam artists.

i have been trying to get a refund since august 2016 ,the service dept says they are in expansion so they are behind. well then they told me they mailed me a check out twice whitch i never recieved now im still on the phone with them almost daily with no results i would not do business with this company !!
